The ultra-fine properties of nano thermal insulation particles ensure that they have no adverse effects on the properties of TPU itself;

High film-forming clarity, with a haze of less than 1%;

Good transparency and high insulation rate. When VLT reaches 70%, the infrared blocking rate reaches over 95%;

The infrared barrier band is wide, and it has significant barrier performance in the range of 800-2500nm;

Super strong weather resistance, using inorganic metal oxides as active ingredients, not fading, and with no performance degradation.

Product Usage

Used for producing TPU thermal insulation energy-saving film, internally added skylight ice armor and other products.

Usage

According to the required optical indicators and product specifications, mix the recommended amount with ordinary TPU slices, and produce an internally added thermal insulation and anti infrared TPU film through a casting process.
